Shipping policy
At ZAXPA we want to be completely transparent about how we ship, how long it takes, and what you can expect after placing your order. No surprises, no confusion, just a straightforward process from checkout to your doorstep.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to India only. We ship to all states and union territories across India including remote locations.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside India and interested in our products, follow us on Instagram at @zaxpa and we will announce international shipping when it becomes available.
PROCESSING TIME
Once you place your order, we begin processing it within 3 to 5 business days. Processing includes verifying your order, preparing the item, quality checking, and handing it over to our fulfilment partner for dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a second email with your tracking number and courier details.
DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, delivery across India typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata generally receive orders on the earlier end of this window. Smaller towns and remote areas may take closer to 15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to follow your order in real time.
If you have not received your tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there either, contact us at hello@zaxpa.in with your order number and we will look into it immediately.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@zaxpa.in with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf and provide you with an update within 48 hours.
Please do not raise a return or refund request solely because of a delivery delay. Give us a chance to investigate first and we will do everything we can to locate your package.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST
In the rare event that a courier confirms your order is lost in transit, we will either send you a replacement at no cost or offer you a full refund. We will always make sure you do not lose out due to a courier's mistake.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address and the courier is unable to deliver, we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in this case.
If you notice a mistake in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@zaxpa.in. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can update the address for you.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Every Lumina Pro order includes the following items inside the box:
One Lumina Pro hair revival device in your selected colour
One USB Type-C charging cable
One silver drawstring storage pouch
One black transparent dust cover for the bristle face
One instruction manual
If any of these items are missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received and we will send the missing items to you right away.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, please take photos before opening it and then photograph the contents as well. Contact us at hello@zaxpa.in within 48 hours with your order number and the photos.
We will review the damage and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Since we ship within India only, there are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order. The price you pay at checkout is the final amount. Nothing extra will be charged at delivery.
