WHO WE ARE

ZAXPA is an Indian direct-to-consumer brand selling the Lumina Pro hair revival device. We operate exclusively online and ship across India. Our contact email is hello@zaxpa.in and you can also reach us on Instagram at @zaxpa.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check this email carefully. If anything looks wrong, contact us immediately at hello@zaxpa.in.

We process orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery across India takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We do not add hidden charges.

We accept payments through Razorpay which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure. ZAXPA does not store your payment information at any point.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order and received a confirmation, the price is locked in for that order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and shipped via standard courier services. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

ZAXPA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Shipping is completely free on all orders. There is no minimum order value required.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to describe our products accurately and show them as clearly as possible through images and descriptions on our website.

The Lumina Pro is a personal care device designed for scalp and hair health. Results vary from person to person. We make no medical claims and the device is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have a serious scalp condition or medical concern, please consult a dermatologist before using Lumina Pro.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings. We have made every effort to represent the product accurately.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details on how to raise a claim and what qualifies.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on the ZAXPA website including our logo, brand name, product images, written content, and design is owned by ZAXPA. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission from us.

The ZAXPA name and Lumina Pro name are our brand identifiers. Unauthorised use of our brand is not permitted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZAXPA will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from misuse of the Lumina Pro device outside of its intended purpose.

PRIVACY

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
